Shipping: All merchandise in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. You will be notified via email of any back orders, or other delays in shipping your order. You may cancel any unavailable merchandise, or have a back-order entered at that time. All shipments are sent at our sole discretion via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or motor freight depending on type and weight of merchandise, and your location, unless otherwise requested by you at time of order. Shipping options are FedEx, USPS and UPS including their priority services.
Return Policy: All merchandise is guaranteed as represented and comes with a 90 day warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product description. No returns without prior approval. All return items must have an RMA number issued by us authorizing the return. Damage claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier, and we must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise by you. Any authorized return other than ofor damage or error on our part will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, plus shipping charges. All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipping cartons, with all shipping charges prepaid.
