We are pleased to accept credit cards from our customers, however there are certain restrictions when accepting cards by phone or email. We can only ship to the address of record for the credit card, which will be verified when the transaction is made. We may call you to verify your identity or to obtain the CVV number on the back of your card.
Non USA & Canada customers please note we cannot accept overseas credit cards, except from established customers. First and possibly second order must be by wire transfer or US draft posted to us.
CODs accepted in the US only and must be paid by cashiers check.
US ONLY: We accept purchase orders from Hospitals, Large corporations, and government agencies.
